    Everfeed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a Shopify app that generates and manages product data feeds for e-commerce merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access and how we use it.

  2. Scope of Data We Access

    When you install Everfeed through Shopify, we access only the data necessary to generate and maintain your product feeds, including:
    • Product titles, descriptions, images, prices, inventory levels
    • Product variants and attributes
    • Product metafields and other product-related metadata
    We do not collect, store, or process any personal data of your store’s customers or users (e.g., names, email addresses, shipping details, payment information).

  3. How We Use Product Data

    We use the accessed product data solely to:
    • Create and update your product feeds for supported marketing and shopping platforms
    • Ensure feeds comply with the target platform’s requirements
    • Provide support and troubleshoot feed-related issues
    We do not use product data for any purpose unrelated to feed generation.

  4. Data Storage & Retention

    • In most cases, product data is retrieved from Shopify in real time and not stored persistently.
    • If caching is required for performance, it is stored securely and deleted when no longer needed.
    • Uninstalling the app removes any stored product data automatically.

  5. Data Sharing

    We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
    We may share product data only with:
    • Shopify: as part of standard app operation
    • Service providers: necessary to host and operate the app (under strict confidentiality agreements)

  6. Security Measures

    We apply industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect any temporarily stored data.

  7. No Personal Data Processing

    Because Everfeed does not process personal data of your customers, most privacy laws regarding personal information (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) do not directly apply to our data handling. However, we still maintain best-practice safeguards to protect the product data we handle.

    We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices. Any updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
